Really good Location with Stylish Accommodations

The hotel was clean. The staff offered an early check-in as my room was ready. I reserved the balcony roomwith a direct view of the iconic bell tower. As I entered the room, I was immediately impressed by the view.
I found the lift to be quite slow. It only accommodates one person with luggage. It begins at the mezzanine, so heavy bags must be carried up one flight of marble stairs.

the room was super clean and well presented (i loved that!). i slept great after a long day. the location is seriously across the road from the tower. the staff was very helpful and lovely too.
the tv wasn't easy to operate. it was hard to figure out the volume and channels (maybe it was just me!). i would have liked more outlets in convenient places for charging my devices. the bed wasn't the most comfortable.

I appreciated the location. It's really good and so close to everything. the room was also very clean and well kept. i found the staff were always available and ready to assist, it was really helpful. the air conditioning worked perfectly. It maintained a great temperature.
the elevator was a bit slow! it seemed like it took a long time to travel between floors.
